First, we meet with you in-person or over the phone to go over every detail of your project. We will make suggestions, to help you see the “bigger picture”, and let you know how your project fits in with your overall marketing plan. We than work with you via email or in-person, if you prefer. Whenever it is not possible to meet in-person, we can schedule a virtual meeting, just let us know what platform you prefer.
Typically, we will have design concepts to show within a week of our initial meeting. We will present several design options. Once a design has been chosen, we will tweak the design and implement any changes you want made.
Once the project is complete we send you the final files, often in several file formats, along with instructions on which file format to use for print, web, etc. And if we are also handling the printing, we will hand off files and follow-up with your printer.
Even after the completion of your project we are still available to you, should you have questions about how to use your files, or if you need additional file formats. For websites, if you need more instructions or have any issues with your website, we are available to help with updates or instructions on how you can maintain and update the website yourself.
